Manufacturers, brands and other stakeholders are ready to move away from endless audits to investments which truly make a difference. It is time to think differently together. Change begins here.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gcl.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/SLCP-Process.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we want to achieve?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>SLCP can improve working conditions by joining forces, one single assessment for all means more resources and improvements for everyone. SLCP have created a Converged Assessment Framework that supports stakeholders\u2019 efforts to improve working conditions in global supply chains.<\/p>\r\n<p>This program will help the industry to:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Eliminate audit fatigue: avoid duplication and reduce the number of social and labour audits by replacing current proprietary assessment tools<\/li>\r\n<li>Increase the opportunity for greater comparability of social and labour data<\/li>\r\n<li>Redeploy resources to improvement actions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>This includes the application process, providing training, and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and procedures.
